The RIAS Kammerchor Berlin is among the most renowned professional choirs in the world.
This album is dedicated to the vocal works of Brahms. With these waltzes and love songs
written for choir or solo voices with piano four hands, the composer gave free rein to
his fondness for Viennese popular music.

The 34 singers bring a remarkable inner vitality to these musical landscapes, at times
lively, at times filled with melancholy, here punctuated by a few Hungarian Dances – also
inspired by popular traditions.
